Translation fee of each type of document is different as it depends on type of the translation and its content. Therefore, client can send document for the evaluation of translation fee via 2 channels as follow :

There are 3 channels of sending document as follow:

  • Sending by EMS which is charged additionally 100 Baht
  • Sending by messenger which depends on distance and it is cash on delivery service.
  • Receiving by own

Yes, we do as the document will be certified Certification of Translation which is registered by the Company. Moreover, we provided certify by translators who have registered to Ministry of Justice (Notary Public Attorney)

Document is normally certified as follow:

  • Notarial document service by Thai Lawyer
  • Certified translation by Notary Public Attorney
  • Legalization Service of Department of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Legalization service by the Embassy of each country depending on type of document and the country where such document will be submitted.
  • Certified translation by Specialist Translator

Some translation can be used immediately, and some cases must be Legalization Service by Thai MFA, Consular Affairs before apply for use as the case may be depending on purpose and qualification of destination apply.

Yes, we do, Legalization Service at Department of Consular Affairs is normally charged stamp fee 400-600 Baht per each stamp excluding operating fee by company,
it takes approximately 7-10 days after submission.

It is provided to bring the translated document as well as correction points by Department of Consular Affairs to us and we will make correction free of charge. Otherwise the case to send back to customer the shipping fee is 100 Baht.
